Honored Allies Wednesday: Draža Mihailović (Kingdom of Serbia)

"Dragoljub "Draža" Mihailović was a Yugoslav Serb general during World War II.  He was the leader of the Chetnik Detachments of the Yugoslav Army (Chetniks), a royalist and nationalist movement and guerrilla force established following the German invasion of Yugoslavia in 1941."  He would be awarded several honors for his resistance against the Nazis but is also a very disliked individual as well.  Be sure to read his Wikipedia entry to see his story.

Another honored ally,
Brian
