A group of Australian Army nurses and military wounded take refuge at a Catholic mission in Vunapope during the Allied retreat in New Briton. Soon the mission is occupied, thrusting all those within it into the hands of the brutal advancing Japanese military. Can these women protect their patients and themselves from their cruel captors or will they too succumb to the horrors and hardships of war? This TV movie was really great! It shows a side of WWII that is often overlooked and offers a great tale of what it was like for the civilian. Check out the trailer and see what you think.
