"Born in 1914 in the village of Kuilyuk, Tashkent region, Uzbek. Guards Senior Lieutenant, battery commander of the 118th Guards Artillery Regiment of the 35th Guards Rifle Division. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, two Orders of the Patriotic War II degree, three Orders of the Red Star and medals. For the heroism and valor shown in the battles during the battle for the Polish city of Oborniki, by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 31, 1945, Senior Lieutenant Batyr Davranovich Babaev was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union."
