The Big Red One marches its way across Africa, the Mediterranean and finally in Europe as it fights the Axis forces all the the way through. Can 5 veterans keep surviving the horrors of war or will they finally succumb to it themselves? This is the so called classic by Samuel Fuller about the story of the 1st Infantry Division's campaigns through WWII. I think the flick is mediocre at best as a movie and gives off a more of a tv-movie feel instead. The accuracy is shit, the acting and action or so so and the overall feel seems, amateur-ish for a war classic. Anyway, give the trailer a view and see if you wanna check it out.
Worth a single viewing and then just move on,
