Senior Sergeant, squad leader of the 369th Separate Engineer Battalion of the 235th Rifle Division. For heroism in battles in East Prussia, by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 19, 1945, Senior Sergeant Mikhail Alekseevich Bulatov was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union."
