An American fishing captain finds himself in Martinique at the beginning of WWII and he gets involved in the power struggle between the Resistance and new Vichy puppet government. Can he maneuver this new world or will he become a victim on if?! This is another classic of the day and is about par for course for Bogart, which I love!
