"The Zookeeper's Wife"

The staff of the Warsaw Zoo are struggling to survive during the Nazi occupation.  With the animals gone, they decide to use their zoo for a different kind of captivity that could save countless innocents.  This is a pretty good wartime flick that tells the Hollywood-ized version of the real exploits of the Żabińska family who housed and hide hundreds of Jews during the occupation.  Check out the trailer below and see what you think.

A good flick worth a viewing,
Brian & Melonie

The novel by Diane Ackerman in which the movie was inspired.
