G.I. Combat was a long running anthology war comic published first by Quality Comics and then DC Comics. It ran from 1953 till 1987 but was reborn for shot a run in 2012. Some popular characters from the series were, The Haunted Tank, The Losers and the Unknown Soldier to name a few. Comic legends, Robert Kanigher, Joe Kubert, Jerry Grandenetti and Neal Adams and so many more all contributed to this great title.
