Cannon Mills' Cannon Towels ran these ads in WWII which were based on actual letters they received from the boys in the field about their products. The art was done by prolific bad ass artist James Bingham which shows off his excellent skills. Now the art is as such to tantalize the ad's audience, women, so what's better then a bunch of half nude soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen for all those lonely ladies back home?
