Zulpukarov Zulpukarovich Abdurakhmanov
The only info I have on him is that he was a Lieutenant with the 19th Rifle Division and received his Hero of the Soviet Union citation during the Budapest Offensive. If you have any other info on him or the action that garnered this award, let us know.
