"Abdullaev Urunbay was born in 1912 at Karakalpak. He was drafted into the Soviet Army in 1943 by the Turtkul district military commissariat of the Karakalpak ASSR. Private of the 1st rifle company of the 375th rifle regiment of the 219th rifle division. The title of Hero of the Soviet Union was awarded to Abdullaev Urunbai for the liberation of Latvia from German troops, so Abdullaev Urunbai was awarded an honorary citizen of the city of Ludza."
