"On the night before he sails in search of the steamship Arcadia's sunken gold, Paul Sinclair meets Madeliene Nielson

the Philippines, Paul discovers that a foreign-country submarine has
been laying mines in order to completely cut off the Philippines from
American protection." This isn't anything exciting so if you can find it watch it but if you miss it, your not missing anything.
