"The League of Frightened Men"

"In the second of Columbia's Nero Wolfe programmers, the housebound detective is confronted with several deaths and a disappearance among a group of 10 Harvard alumni, who had years ago hazed another student, resulting in his becoming crippled."  This is a great film noir of the day and a must for any fan of the detective pulps.  Give it a go below and see how the portly dick kicks ass!

Great stuff!

The novel in which the movie was based by Rex Stout.
